Hi,
I am using Jaws 9, Windows XP and I guess the latest version of OE.
How can I keep mail from going to the Junk folder? Several emails end up there
and I have no idea why or how to change it. My mail is washed through the ISP
and I never have a problem with spam and it is a bother to have to keep
retrieving family mail from the junk folder.
I did check the Options under the Tools menu and did not notice anything that
seemed to apply. If I just deleted the Junk folder would that eliminate the
problem or would the specific emails go to la la land?
