Try Mctwit. Despite all the different buttons on the interface, it's not
that difficult to use. Listen to Rick Harmon's tutorial on the Blind Cool
Tech podcasts page. He does a good job explaining how to use the various
functions.

I'm brand new to Twitter <smiles>. Does anyone know of an accessible
client? I see Jawtter, but can't see a download. I also saw Mad Twit, but
looks difficult to use. So any "newbie" clients would be greatly
