Hi Patricia, I won't say that is perfect by any means, but I have used it on numerous occasions, for software installations, trouble-shooting, and instruction. For me, this is the best addition to Jaws since version 3.7. HTH, Richard Q. Upon speaking to my son in Utah yesterday for Mother's day, I mentioned I had jaws 10 now and he was telling me about this remote process and it all worked... He said we both needed to be online and he could access my computer and I would hear his jaws talking and he would hear mine and thus be able to troubleshoot problems on either end.. I can certainly see how this would be most beneficial for trainers/technical assistance across the miles.
