Sorry to hear that you are finding it difficult and frustrating.
You can use FireFox and IE together, in other words you do not have to
abandon using IE.
I know the Firefox add on screen you mean and I agree that accessibility
is not too great. I did manage to do it eventually using the Jaws cursor.
You will have to click using the num pad / button not route Jaws to PC.

FireFox can be clunky in lots of ways but it is useful for webvism. If you
only want webvism to get past graphic captures you may not have to install
all the add ons for FireFox anyway. There are quite a few things that I
find very limiting in FireFox so I continue to use IE but simply switch to
FireFox if I need to use webvism. I posted some advice earlier today about
steps to switch from IE to FireFox in the middle of a browsing session.

I have never invited someone to join webvism but can try and do this for you
if you need this.
Regards

David Griffith

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Firefox

I installed firefox 3.(whatever yesterday.
Every time it gets launched it tells me to click on something to install
plugins needed for media (whatever all that crap means)
Of course as part of the continuing saga of inaccessability, the jaws cursor
can read the message with the "click here"
missive. As usual, nothing happens when I click the "jaws to pc cursor"
button.
What's going on, b4 I go back to I.E. and forget about webvism.
(I understand I have to be invited to join the thing anyway)
TOO MUCH!!!!!!!!
the first myth of management: It exists!
