Go to the options menu then voices  and then individual voices. 

Tabbing through the options here will reveal the  capacity to assign
different voices for different cursors. Select a cursor context type from a
box, then tab to the available voices combo box. 
The voices available will depend on the synthesiser engine you are using.

You can then save this as a profile or save as your default profile. a

I am using jaws 10with Real speak sangeetha Indian voice.  Now jaws uses 
the same voice for both Pc cursor and Jaws cursor, is there a way to make
