Depends on what you want to transfer. Files you should be fine
transferring
them over the network. If its email or all your internet settings, best
to
use windows easy transfer. Found in programs,accessories/system tools.

How would I go about transfering files from my desk top to my laptop, and
vice versa. I all ready set up my wireless connection on my laptop. my
desktop is wired. On the desktop I am running windows XP home and on the
laptop XP pro. Jaws7.0 on both computers. I want to transfer files threw
the network.
