Subject: [Blind-Computing] Firefox still giving me fits!!!!!!!

I presume that ctrl-o is supposed to let one go to a web page???????
Anyway when I use it I get the message "what file to open".
No matter what I key in (I tried a website which definitely exists
(acbradio.org)),
I immediately get Can't open file message".
Question: What magic must I invoke in order to browse the web with this
thing????
Thanks in advance.
the first myth of management: It exists!
