however i cant find the cd that came with the keyboard
is there a website i can download the drivers and things for the keyboard?

The hot keys available on laptops and keyboards are normally device
specific. In other words you need to look for the device software which
came with your keyboard or laptop as there are no general commands in
windows which go beyond the normal extended key layout. You probably need
to look at the documentation which came with your keyboard or laptop.
