Hi Yvonne, How you attach files kind of depends on your email program. Using either Outlook or Eudora you can simply copy the file to the clipboard while you are in the folder where it lives, Open your email program, address your new message and while in the body, press control plus v. Cursoring around will show you that either mail program has automatically added that file as an attachment.
