JAWS 8 has known compatibility issues with Firefox. If you can upgrade to 9,
or, better still, 10. Alternatively use the latest NVDA.

If you have already registered with Webvisum, all you need to do is
download it while in Firefox, if you have not already done so. You do
not need to login to Webvisum every time you launch Firefox. You simply
press Alt-Control-mumber row 6 whenever you encounter a captia.
