You could try simply tabbing to the edit box where you need to enter the
graphics characters. Press the application key and this should reveal an
option to solve capture. Wait for a few minutes for the message announcing
the capture results are in the clipboard, press the application key again
and select paste capture results.
If none of this works another attempt to install seems indicated.

The keystrokes are Ctrl+Alt+6. If it isn't working it is because you
