I tried that, but every time I open it, it says a problem has occurred and it needs to close.

Hello, wondering if anyone is using TW In Box? It's an add on for outlook to work with twitter directly within outlook. I'm having a problem getting it to show up. It will only show me it on the web when I go to the submenu from all programs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
