I am having no luck. Does any player come up is it a flash problem I need

Hi,
I am trying to watch a streeming site that requires silver light in order
to view the content. I have tried several times to try to download it
and install the program and have had no luck. The only message I am
getting is that it can not install. I have tried both running the
program and saving it to disk. I have perform a system restore and have
no luck. I am running windows XP home and an old copy of Jaws. I am
going to run anti virus next and see if anything else comes up. I am
also going to run c-cleaner and see if it can repair anything. I am
really frustrated because I would really like to hear something on the
site tomorrow. the site is http://www.cliburn.org/index.php I am
clicking on the web tv link. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
