Hi Rosemarie,
One thing you might do is when you receive the next Email from them, put the
focus on that Email and then go under the messages tab on your menu bar,
arrow down to "block sender" and hit enter. It will ask you if you are sure
you want to block this sender? Hit yes. Then it will ask you if you want to
delete the message from this sender now. Hit yes. After that, all Emails
from them should go straight to your deleted items folder.

Hi, everyone
I don't want to receive any more announcements from Serotek but I
can't click on their link to stop the announcements. I have the "read
in plain text" unchecked so I don't know what's happening. The email
that has the link is in my outlook express inbox.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
