I know how to do it in 4.1. In that version, you go to the window that is
sending it to you. Press Ctrl+5, arrow down till you hear save, then you
route Jaws to Pc, lefft click, and the rest should be easy.

Anyway, I've learned how to send a file, which isn't that difficult, but

accept a file is a bit harder, in that the JAWS cursor is involved.
