JFW has nothing to do with any service packs. You should always be running the latest service pack for your operating system. Often when something new comes along it gets blamed for a myriad of unrelated problems. You know, I installed SP3 on my computer and now my toaster burns my English muffins. I better uninstall SP3 before breakfast tomorrow. Frank Ventura
