start winamp.

2, now press ctrl+p=preferences.

3 now press the letter "f"=filetypes.

4, once you hear filetypes you can now use your tab-key, and;
tab until you hear;
associate filetypes all button, press the spacebar,
now, tab until you hear;

You may have already figured it out, but if not, I hope this will help.

I'm using version 5.552 of winamp, which I believe is the newest one.
Start winamp
Press control P
Mine comes up saying something like classic skins, arrow left twice.
Arrow up several times until you find file types.
arrow right once.
Tab until you come to explorer settings launch for audio CD check box.
check it.
Tab until you come to the close button and hit enter.
Winamp should now play audio CD's.

If you're still having problems, email me at:
[email protected]
and I'll try to help you out.
Good luck.

        Scott
