It allows a sighted person or partially sighted person to view what's
happening on the target's desktop. It's off by default as, quite obviously,
most Tandem Centre users would be totally blind and therefore not need video
and thus prevent wasting of bandwidth. So FS leaves this option off by
default, but we can turn it on and it will remain so when we turn it off,
either in the get access to a computer dialogue box, or with the controller
side keystroke insert+shift+CTRL+v. Hope this helps.
