If you copy the address to the clipboard, and then paste it on the desktop,
chances are it'll automatically create a shortcut, but if you want to
specifically give it your own name/description, hit windows key + M, make
sure nothing is selected using Ctrl + space if necessary, then right click,
go down to new submenu, right arrow, move down to shortcut, and hit enter,
and the new shortcut dialogue will come up.
