[Blind-Computing] NERO says it burns but doesn't

Have NERO 8 and JAWS 10. put blank CD in, get my files added, and go through 
the burn process. Tells me that burn is successful at such-and-such speed 
and I click OK. Puts nothing on the CD; still blank CD. What's wrong?
