Hi Linda,
Some people call those pages, some call them tabs because visually it's a
multi-page dialog with tabs to click on to switch pages, kind of like one of
those old tabbed books with the tabs at the top as if the book's spine was
at the bottom of the screen.
Control plus tab does the change page trick though.

Hi,

I must be brain dead but will this work with windows xp home?  I didn't find
a desktop tab but I found a desktop page but I didn't see where you can
customize it.  So how would xp users to this?  It seems these instructions
probably only work for vista.

Here are instructions on turning off the Desktop Cleanup Wizard, turning it
on again is obvious after you read the steps below.

Disable Desktop Cleanup Wizard
Tired of getting the message stating "There are unused icons on your
desktop".
1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Select and press enter on Display.
3. Control tab to the Desktop tab.
4. Tab to and Spacebar on the Customize Desktop... button.
5. Press alt plus U or tab to the checkbox that says "Run Desktop Cleanup
Wizard every 60 days".
6. Press spacebar to toggle its state to either on or off.
7. Tab to ok and press enter.
8. Tab to ok again and press enter.
