Hi Debbie,
She could delete the devices under USB in Device Manager and then reboot
and
let Windows redetect them.
This works well under XP and later.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] USB suddenly not recognized.
Hi:
I am trying to help out a friend with this problem. She states that
suddenly
when plugging anything into any of the USB slots on the computer, nothing
happens. I have no idea in which direction to point her. Please send any
ideas my way. Of course, the disk cleanup, and scan disk have been tried,
but only because I did know what else to do! Thanks, Deb.
