I think all netbooks currently come with the 32 bit version of Windows XP.
This is most likely because the processor (Intel Atom) isn't 64 bit
compatible.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Just had a thought about ordering the
bestversions of windows.
Good morning to everyone on both lists here.
With all of this back and forth discussion regarding different windows
operating systems, It brought too mind a question that I thought that I
would ask here of all of you. When I order my netbook, will it or
should I order the 64 bit version to have installed on the netbook, or do
the versions that they put of windows on it only come with 32 bit
versions. What is the recommendation from those of you that have netbooks
think. When ordering the netbook, should I ask them too install any
windows operating system version that has 64 bit capability?
