hello, I am not sure I would install vista on that netbook, as your netbook will crawl. Also, I believe that as long as your OS is running on only one machine, regardless if it's the same one you had it installed on, it is still legal. So, you would have to uninstall vista from your laptop and reinstall it on your netbook if you wanted to run it on your netbook.
