In 2007 it is easy.  Just highlight the message you want to make a rule for,
push the applications key or shift f10, hit the letter c, and select the
rules and then hit enter on the okay button.

I've been trying to create rules in outlook 2007 and am not getting any
where!  In outlook 2003, it seems to be straight forward, however, outlook
2007, is another story.

I really need to get this done, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
