Did it come with your computer?  If so, you should be able to do it probably
through your Recovery Manager, or System Recovery as it is called on some
computers.  If your computer is under warranty then it should not be a
problem.  I had HP do that with my web cam last night.  They did it with a
Remote Access session.  Hope this helps.

Hi
     Recently my windows media player died. Now then the technician
explained that it was going to be a major job reinstalling a new copy under
vista. Therefore, I am wondering if there are any blind friendly
alternatives to windows media player? I can not seem to import music from my
CD's under real player. Any ideas are appreciated.
