[Blind-Computing] Adding sender to address book

Hi friends,
I'm using Windows XP home and Microsoft Outlook on a laptop. Can someone tell 
me the equivalent key stroke from a standard keyboard for adding a sender to 
your address book, for that on a laptop what the keystroke would be for the 
same function on a laptop. well I have the E Mail from the desired E Mail 
sender highlighted.
