[Blind-Computing] How to remove sender from Blocked List

Hello all. I inadvertently added a sender to my "Blocked" list and am asking 
how I remove them so I can again receive their messages.
Also, How do I view the list of blocked senders without inadvertently adding 
someone to it?
I am using Windows XP and Outlook Express. 
Any help would be much appreciated.
