Does TW-Inbox work with Outlook Express, or just Outlook?

I use the ad-in for Outlook called TW-Inbox which used to be called
out-twit.
I like that it puts tweets into a folder on a per-person basis and I can
assign sounds etc.
You can find it if you search for Twitter+Outlook
