I don't have other installation package, please tell me step by step.

Did you maybe try a different installation package? Like the download off
the FS web site? If you did, then there is something wrong with your
computer. Try a Virus scan also.

Hi friends, I'm facing a problem with jaws. Whenever I start my system ,
it
doesn't start, though I check the automatic start jaws. then i go to jaws
installation package, enter on it, as it says enter for installation and
escape for exit, I exit the installation. after in runs smoothly. for the
fixing the problem, i reinstalled it several times, but unfortunately no
result is there. please help me to solve this problem. any kind of help
