There usually is a serial code on routers to prevent anyone else to log into your wlan connection and router. You may have to get sighted help for this, I needed with mine until I wrote it on a text file on my pc. Usually you will find this number on the device itself and/or on the wrapper of the installation cd that usually comes with it. Regards chrissy
