I use Lotus Notes at work more or less successfully with JAWS.
Two key combinations that help me are alt plus B then the number 7 on the
numbers row. The other one is alt plus V then G.
Unfortunately I don't know if these are JAWS, Lotus or Windows hot keys, as
they were in place before I got there.
Take a look at the help files for applications specific hot keys in
whichever screen reader you use.
Of course, you can always call the manufacturer of your screen reader when
all else fails.

Did somebody find any solution fro solving this problem?
When I switch to the workspace in Lotus Notes, where are located all
databases, there is problem on moving around.
There are located in some rows as my friend Sais but in first line is for
example 5 databases, in second 6 etc. It's looks like as :list in menu
view
in windows:. Is there any possibility, how can I have it as :details: that
all databases will be located from top to the down or from left to the
right?
