Not had problems like this myself but try updating the driver by right
clicking the unknown device and choose update driver.

Listers,
In Windows7 device maniger, I had six issues in the other folder. Three
was
base or something like that, and the other three are called unknown.
Windows7 helped me by having links for five of the issues but there's one
last unknown that I can't find a fix for. If anyone else out there has or
have had this problem, please if you will, share with me what I need to do
resolve it?I was able to fix five of them with windows7 help. Windows7
highlighted all five problems and had a link to go to for the fix.
However,
the sixth one is an unknown and I don't have any idea what to do . If
anyone is familiar with windows7 and problems like this, I would greatly
appreciate your help.
