I just got a tera byte external hard drive and that is the reason for my

Windows 95, 98 and ME cannot recognize NTFS, all newer ones
can. Also FAT and FAT32 volumes can be converted to NTFS
volumes. NTFS cannot be converted to FAT32 without
reformatting the drive.
