Hi list, I am having a problem with getting my computer to recognize my DVDs. I put one into the drive, and it shows up as a CD RW instead of a DVD RW. I did some searching around, and I see something checked in the application menu called "DLA." What is this, and do I need to uncheck it? I have no problem burning data and audio CDS using Roxio. I am using Windows XP Home SP2. I remember reading on this list about other members using DVDs to back up data. How is this done? Am I using the wrong program? Are there special settings/programs that I should be using? If so, let me know. Thanks in Advance.
