The main thing is that the program is working for you. Hello David, I got it to run and work properly. Apparently, I was doing something wrong on the run page. But anyway, I guess I finally hit the right combination of buttons. I know this isn't a very technical explaination of the fix, but all I know is that it now works. For example this system runs a program that plays a sound when ever any messages go in to certain folders which requires the dot net frame work be installed. Now my wife's computer doesn't have dot net and as such the same program won't work on it. I don't know of any such requirements for book split but you never know. I'll try and run it on her system and report back. It seems to have downloaded Ok but when I try to run the program I get the following error message; Abox appears, at the top of the box it says "Project 3" In the box, it says; Run time error '68' Device unavailable Then an OK checkbox I have downloaded this program and run it successfully on another computer in my house. But apparently there is something with this computer that will not let this program run. I would appreciate any help or ideas about what might be causing this problem.
