[Blind-Computing] Win lame, where can I get it?

Hello all. Several years ago I had what I believe is referred to as a codec 
called Winlame. I must have neglected to transfer it from my old computer and 
now I'm wondering if anyone can tell me where I can get it or if, perhaps, you 
know of an even better codec that I can use in conjunction with Total Recorder.
