Try turning off system restore on both the drives. Warning this will clear
any restore points and you will not be able to create any until it's
re-enabled.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] problem with avast antivirus
Hi friends, my system has 2 viruses, 1st in system volume in C drive and
other is in system volume in D drive. I scanned it several times, whenever
cossion dialogue appears, I move them to the virus chest. after completion
of scan, I check the chest, I don't find them there. when I rescan, I find
them still there. Avast is unable to move them to the chest. Now please
help me in this regard. any kind of help will be greatly appreciated.
