Unless you by the product with a multiple licence agreement, you will
have only one installation.
When you buy their product you agree to install it on only one computer. 
You will need the product key to do it.
The product key you have for a previous version of Office will not work
on a different versionof Office.
So you will simply need to ask yourself if you want to upgrade to 2007.
If Office 2003 is working well enough for you, you might be able to stay
with that.
But if you want Office 2007, you will need to buy it.
