What I standardly do is go to the start menu, programs, accessories, address
book application since it seems to share the address book with outlook
express, and you can save it as a .wab (windows address book) file that can
then be easily copied over to other machines, and in their address book
application, you can then import the contents off the import submenu of the
file menu.

Try looking under file menu export. Run a Google search on exporting OE
address book and you'll get tons of hits.
