Hi Al, You can do it under Administrative Tools which may or may not be available under the StartMenu depending on your configuration or from the Control Panel.
Under Administrative Tools, choose Computer Management, Storage, and then Disk Management. You can select disc or volume view from the view menu and when the drive is highlighted, select The Action menu, then All Tasks and then Change Drive Letter and Paths. In that Dialog you wil find all the options you want.
