Hello all, On behalf of a friend, please may I have your help? My friend Gary's got a custom made desktop PC running Windows XP Home SP3. He has 1GB of RAM and something like a 1.5GHZ single core processor. Whenever he closes out Kurzweil 1000, he gets a message similar to the following: "The address at location 0xffff could not be "read". Click ok to terminate the program, or click cancel to continue." He's tried to uninstall and reinstall. It's fine for a while then comes back. He's not aware of any viruses infecting his system. He cleans it on a regular basis, including removing temporary files. Please advise on what I can suggest to him. Thanks, take care.
