Only other thing can think off off hand, and might not be of much use is to try play around with the jaws home row utility, since it can sort of tell you which window/control has current focus.
This is assuming you're using jaws, but if you hit the jaws key + space it toggles the homerow utility, and then hitting the tab key moves from control to control on the same level, with shift + tab moving backward, F2 moves to current objects child, and shift moves to parent object, and jaws key + tab is supposed to tell you which/what object/control/window (objects get called windows in jaws scripting) has current focus. 


This might not help at all, but alternatively, something like jaws key + 
ctrl + shift + W should virtualise the current control.


The idea would be to make sure the right control actually has focus.


I see in the jaws help, they say lotus notes are one of the popular 
applications they support, so suppose you could also try asking freedom 
scientific support what they think is happening - again assuming you're 
using jaws, and I haven't been able to find any other sets of scripts for 
it - sorry.

Yes of course, that I tried with a space-bar but I didn't see, that
something was happened. Enter I know, that it activate default button,
normally I'm using space-bar for activate some dialog button, but there
when I press space-bar will happened nothing or move to the Sametime,
task-bar etc..
And I'm having minimize.
Lotus sometimes makes stupid things, for example sometimes they'll not
activate buttons, or not responding.

And if you try using the space bar to click on the button instead of 
enter?


Probably irrelevant, but remember that enter in a dialogue box activates
the
default button, and not necessarily the current one - only in real
dialogues, not general windows - but the space bar should generally
activate
the current button, unless they're trying to catch specific keystrokes.

Sorry can't be of more help, but don't know enough about the interface.

Hi,
NO it isn't this.
1. I open Lotus Notes.
2. Open the Tivoli, where I'm working.
3. Going through procedure to the treview of the incoming ticket.
4. Select some ticket, open with enter.
For now it's working.,
5. When i entered to the ticket, I'm navigating with tab key to the
button,
which I must press, but after pressing enter no action will happen.
When I click with left mouse button and I'm having maximize this window
it'll move cursor to the Sametime, like as ICQ.
But when I go out from this and press again enter, it'll open the dialog,
which I wanted.

Is this window the only active one?

Sometimes have had sort of virtual windows based on things like types of
tooltips taking focus away from other windows.

Normally something like windows key + M to minimise all windows followed
by

either an alt + tab to switch to the relevant window, or a windows key +
tab
key to focus on the taskbar and then hitting enter on the relevant window
to
give it focus will sort this type of thing out.

Hi all,
I'm having troubles. I'm moving tickets from our database and if I click
with enter on some button or with a space-bar, nothing will happened. I
must move with mouse but without turn Jaws cursor, click with left mouse
button and after again go with tab key to the button and press enter.
And it's really stupid and make me slower.
Any idea?
