Yes, they have. I have received this message also. When I arrowed down below
this, I found that they gave me a choice/choice of the address I had been
looking for. It was something as simple as using or not using an
abbreviation in my address.
I was able to get down to the specific directions by pressing G for
graphics. When you hear "Hide/show route, you can arrow down and read the
directions. The total time and distance are at the bottom.
