Hi all this is to any one who is still using yahoo messenger 7.5 I have had a lot of issues over the past few days signing in and staying signed in to yahoo messenger 7.5. I will get signed in and then try to send messages and it will ask me to sign in again. I am also getting the following error message when I try as well. C:\DOCUME~1\Michel\LOCALS~1\Temp\dd9d_appcompat.
C:\DOCUME~1\Michel\LOCALS~1\Temp\dd9d_appcompat.txt that is the file name that is included in the error report and then it says close button and dea bug button. I have contacted yahoo and gotten nowhere. I have herd that they are going to get back to me since this problem has been escalated and requires more work to solve. I have tried contacting them through there contact customer support link on there home page and once I finely found that filled out the info and sent it along. that was yesterday. Today I tried calling them directly and after explaining my situation and jumping through all there hoops like they wanted me to go back to the help.yahoo.com homepage witch I did find the messenger link etc and after trying to find the info that it was not giving me after clicking on that like the contact customer servis witch is what they were wanting me to find I just got frustrated and hung up on them. Then I got a e mail stating that my problem had been escalated and that I will hear back from them in 24 hours. Needless to say I am not any closer to solving my main issue that is to get back on to yahoo messenger and using it again. I also want to say hear that before some one comes back with well try upgrading to messenger 8 and 9 with the scripts that I have tried each of those and found them un accessible with jaws. I am running jaws 7.0 and found that the only one that works with this version is yahoo messenger 7.5. Well I hope that some one on this list can help me with this issue because of korce it is never yahoo's fault since I told them that it was and they said no it was something on my end. from a very frustrated yahoo user.
