Hi Julio,
The first thing to try is to look in Device Manager, if the card shows up
under "Sounds & Audio" then highlight it, press the context key and arrow
down to "update driver" and press enter and let the PC go online and look
for a driver.
If you don't see the card there, look under "Other Devices" and follow the
same procedure for any devices in that group.
If it is in neither place, close the tree view, press the applications key
and arrow down to "scan for hardware changes" and press enter.
The last thing to check if that fails is to turn off the machine and open
the case and see if the card is correctly seated in the slot or even try a
different slot.
