I think you're using IE 8, it used to be with me in the beginning. for the
correction what you've to do is-
1. Open IE,
2. go to tool menu, select internet options, and press enter on it.
3. press controll+shift+tab for advance page.
4. press tab until you find reset button, press enter on it.
5. complete the rest of work.
when you will open IE next time, it'll be refreshed.

Could someone please tell me why, as of this morning, in order to make the
download link work from send/space, I have to press shift/enter instead of
just enter to activate the link. If I don't use shift/enter and just
enter on the link, my computer makes a little noise and nothing happens; I
then have to go to the link and hit shift/enter in order to make it work.
