Hello Pedro:

First of all, you must be in the Duxbury program and working on a file that you
want to emboss. To use grade 1 braille you need to press alt plus 1 on the
keyboard and when you wish to get back to grade 2 braille you press alt plus 2
on the keyboard. If you need to write computer braille you press alt plus 3
and after you have done this you revert to grade 2 braille to do your other
work.

When you have finished the document and saved it, it is now time to braille the
file and you press control plus t to translate the file into braille and to
emboss the file you type control plus e which will cause the embosser to do its
work.

I hope this helps your friend.
