Hi. I am running in to a problum when trying to access my usb k external hd. the arror is as follows.
C:\DOCUME~1\Michel\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER05c0.dir00\explorer.exe.mdmp C:\DOCUME~1\Michel\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER05c0.dir00\appcompat.txt that is the tecnickle info on that arror. it also asked me to close and dea bugg. It says windows explorer has incountered a problum and needs to close. I have ran a check disk for arrors and it came up empty I have not checked for bad sectors yet though. what's your thoughts? many thanks. from Mich.
