Hi Jenny, Aside from all the obvious things, make sure it didn't get renamed to something like perhaps a punctuation mark or character that your screenreader doesn't routinely speak. I have a couple times somehow renamed for example the "My Documents" icon on my desktop and hit the spacebar for its new name. Makes arrowing around on the desktop interesting and can be quite humbling.
